Normally I'm not a medicine person unless I'm sick of course. I've recently wanted to try a product that would help with my Hair ,Skin & Nails. Without the pills and ran into these gummies that I thought I'd try. And I'm glad I did. The taste is awesome like berry flavor without all the medicine taste or aftertaste. Started on these right away so that I could see results . In about I'd say two weeks after taking every day my nails started growing and I've noticed my hair looks healthy and shiny. I'm loving my nails that appear stronger and have grown rather quickly honestly. I'd have to give these gummies and A+ for taste and effects of seeing the results I was aiming for. Totally recommend!!

About a year ago my hair started falling out the cause of the immense stress. It got worse, plus my skin hasn't been great and my nails started to break often. I decided to try this supplement complex and it works wonders for me! I've been taking it for only 2 weeks now but noticed a significant improvement in my skin. Now it's smoother and I have less acne. As for hair growth, it's early to say something, but I think it will be effective too. My hair definitely falls out less now and my nails are growing faster! The dummies are yummy and the size its OK. Great quality and ingredients, would definitely recommend it.

This product supports my beauty with a high concentration of biotin and collagen. I love that also the composition of the product is free from soy, dairy and yeast derived ingredients. After consulting with friends who work in the naturopathic field, I was guided toward the Alive! brand of vitamins and have not looked back! As a happy, healthy customer for years, I was excited to learn about this new product. My nails have been through the wringer and easily break. I am incorporating this into my regimen for internal support and use a nail fortifier for external support.The gummies taste really good and do not stick to your teeth (a plus!). I love that they also incorporate the customary fruit/veggie blend along with biotin and collagen. My skin is smooth and my nails are beginning to grow out again!
Take 2 gummies daily for better hair, skin and nails! I needed these, especially after my post partum hair loss and stress. These are packed with collagen and biotin and recommended to take with a multivitamin. I added them to my daily vitamin intake and have seen an improvement with the strength of my nails and regrowth of my hair for sure. My skin regimen includes a variety of products, so the improvement there is noticed too, but I can't give the vitamin full credit. Strawberry flavored and not gross tasting at all (no sugar coating which I prefer). Definitely something I'll likely keep in my diet for awhile.

Alive Premium Hair, Skin, and Nails Gummies are great. They have a great fruity flavor and they are working well for me. My nails usually grow so long and then they start splitting and chipping after taking these gummies for about a month now I see that my nails are growing and they are not breaking like before. I have also noticed my hair is getting long and seems to be growing fuller. I honestly have not noticed much difference in my skin however I am getting older so it might take a little longer for some improvements with my skin. I plan to continue to take these as I am really liking the results so far and I absolutely love the gummies they are so much better than taking pills.
I just got these recently because I need vitamins for my skin, hair, and nails. They are really unhealthy. When I first got them I was iffy to try them because of the flavor of them, but they taste amazing. A little on the sour side but not too sour. They are chewy and not hard. They come in a childproof container. Which is good because I have a toddler who likes to learn how to open medicine up now (wonderful; sarcasm intended) anyways, I started to notice small differences after taking them for a few days. My nails didn’t have ripples in them, my hair seemed less dry and frizzy, and my skin started to look like it was glowing. I definitely recommend this product and will be buying more in the future!
