I was so excited to try the Alive! Women’s Gummy multi vitamin supplement. I do have a hard time taking a multivitamin. They usually make me queasy or sometimes even nauseous and sick to my stomach. My body does not do well when I try to take a multivitamin in pill form, so to see these benefits of a multivitamin offered in a gummy form was super excited for me. These gummy vitamins from Alive are jam packed with nutrition. I am very impressed with all the vitamins included (C, D, B vitamins, etc) along with including a variety of fruits and veggies inside. This is a powerhouse gummy with all it includes! The gummies are uniform in size in two different colors/flavors. Honestly, these are not the best tasting gummies you can find.
