This product really helps to reduce my blood sugar. I only takes a few days after dinner. It helps to lower my blood sugar level from 6.4 to 6.2 and then 5.9 and now is 5.7. I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy.

We bought this to try in order to curb the prediabetic symptoms and it does seem to help a little. Especially when taken at night, the very next day, the blood sugar level stays below 100. 1 of the ingredient is bitter gourd which is effective in slowing the release of the sugars. Just repurchased a few more bottles.
