I'm a male and acquired a UTI. Tried to flush through extra hydration to no avail. Researched natural remedies and came across Nature's Way and decided to give it a try. After a week of 6 capsules daily no improvement in my condition. Took antibiotic for 7 days and UTI cleared out. Immediately began taking 3 Nature's Way daily so as not to have a reoccurence or so I thought. By day 5 UTI returned. For me personally I have not had a positive outcome by consuming these capsules. Hoped I would have the outcome so many other reviewers are experiencing.

I have fought urinary tract infections for years. A good nurse practitioner recommended cranberry in high doses to help provide bladder acidity. I tried this and other cranberry forms and this is the one that worked for me. Our local grocery store pharmacy has it and then doesn't so eBay is the place to find it reliably and at a good price. I do not plan to stop taking these. I take 6 capsules a day, 2 at a time, so the number adds up. But having no UTI is priceless! The fruit is packaged in vegetable-based capsules for those who wish to avoid animal products. I find that they seem a bit more likely to stick to my mucus membranes than animal-based gelatin capsules, so that encourages me to take them with lots of water. And that also is good for me! Yay!

It is not my first time buying this product. I can't live without it. If you suffer from constant cystitis, this does the trick! Even with the first signs of cystitis, pop two pills, and within minutes you'd get instant relief. Pair this with D-mannose to enhance the effect. This is a must for urinary tract health. I can't recommend it enough!
