I took a tablet recently, but was disappointed to find the garlic taste was very strong during and after taking it and it is also fairly big and hard to swallow. Have left the rest for my Dad who doesn’t mind them.
Bought this supplement since my mom had sensitive nose and allergy reaction to dust and mites. she will easily sneeze and at worst in the morning. after consumed this, her sneezing had decreased tremendously and no more runny nose on most of the day.
