These gummy vitamins are really good. I have to remind myself that they're vitamins, so I don't eat them like candy! My hair and nails already grow like wildfire, but my skin could use the extra boost. I just started on these vitamins, so I've not noticed a difference yet. When I do, then I'll do another review. I think, "What can it hurt?" Therefore, I recommend trying these vitamins. They're not very expensive, either. At this point, I would most likely buy these vitamins again.

These were fine, the taste wasn't awful like I was expecting so that was good, but I didn't see much improvement! Also over time the gummies started sticking together which is a pet peeve of mine! I only bought these once but haven't repurchased. I now get the hair nail vitamins from Costco (big pink jar) and I love them! They taste better and are more affordable too! Plus no sticking gummy mess over time!

I first tried it about 2 years after I gave birth. I was suffering from major hair loss and it felt like my hair also stopped growing for a long time. It was pretty much the same length for almost a year. When I tried the gummies, I noticed that less hair was falling out and my hair and nails we growing faster than before. I never understood the whole "hair, skin,nails" supplements, but I decided to give them a go anyway, and I am glad I did! I've been using these for about a year, in that year, I've noticed my skin is clearer, my hair grows a lot faster, and my nails have been growing and feel stronger! (Even my alien toe nails that don't usually grow at all!) They also taste great!

I do like the flavour of these I also use the beauty collagen another gummy because I don’t like taking tablets so I like how they give you a different kind of way to take them but I definitely prefer this way. Beautiful yummy berry taste not too sweet not too strong with a berry smell just right.Very affordable Gummies 

A convenient beauty secret!

I’ve been using this for around a year and believe it or not I now notice when I stop it or don’t have it. It’s the little boost you need and for myself I noticed it most in my skin. Kept my sensitive and dry skin under control by feeding my inside and my topical creams dealt with the rest. Giving your body rhe vitamins it needs to rebuild gives you a long term fix rather than hiding it or temporarily fixing it with topical creams. The gummies are so easy to eat and yummy (you’ll want more than a couole) so easy to fit into your routine and away you go. Get on it!

Take it from me, out of 10 products, this is the onky one worked for me. I have bleached dry hair (for real). I tried the expensive products, from supplements, shampoo, conditioner, treatments, for god sake. It took me -3 bottles of this to realise that it is really working.

Excellent product

Fabulous item! I used to take another brand and the size of the tablets was huge. I struggle to swallow tablets so I found that I was avoiding taking them more often than not. These have a nice flavor and are easy to chew. I haven’t been taking them long enough yet to determine if they help my nails be stronger
