It tastes like starburst fruit chews, with the same type of texture, only a bit more softer and tad more sour. Can get sticky on hot days, but haven't had that problem yet. My older kid prefers this over her other vit k chalk chews, however my younger ones won't eat it because its a bit sour. How sour are they ? Probably as sour as skittles. So it isnt sour, only to my 2 young ones.

I got these for my 4 year old son, but unfortunately, he cannot continue taking them. He has taken 2 a day for the last 2 days. 2 hours after taking them on the first day, he had diarrhea. 2 hours after taking them on the 2nd day, he had diarrhea again and an uncomfortable tummy take just above his belly button for about half an hour. He did like the taste of these, which must be great because he is super picky. I dont care for the size of these gummies, a little bigger than expected. As long as they aren't stuck together, they are easy to get out of the bottle. I would still recommend these to friends/family since they are a natural solution and work great for others.

I am letting my 11 year old and almost 5 year old try these supplements out. So far the best response is that they taste really good, they come in 2 flavors and the girls seem to enjoy both flavors equally. They are decent sized gummies and are nice and soft and have a good smell to them. My almost 5 year old has been helping remember to take them by asking for them everyday. The thing I do not necessarily like is all the different ingredients, even ones you normally wouldn't think of being in a supplement. They do have vitamin D3 in them which is a plus and at their ages they both get 2 each a day so that's 100% of what they need of it. These are peanut, dairy, soy, egg and gluten free so a wide range of people can use them. I bought these for my 10 year old and she really enjoyed them. She is a big fan of yummy vitamins and I am a big fan of this brand. They make excellent products and everything I have ever bought from them for kids (gummies) have been a success with my picky child. My wife is able to get them out for him though with a bit of struggle. Other than that small part, no complaints here, the suggested serving is one gummy for ages 2 to 4 and two gummies for 4 and older, my son is two years old so he takes only one. There is 60 vitamins in the bottle,so this is a two month supply for him. Which is great. He really likes them because every day that we give him one, without fail, he cries for more and we have to either give him something else or avert his attention to make him forget.
