Google dose effective for skin and skin products. Since taking 6 tabs morn & evening my skin is so clear. I'm 40yrs old. Remember though its not miracle supplement. But it will help psoriasis in the dose I've mentioned. But Google it to check. EPO is good for then just hormones

My 3 kids wont eat it they say it doesnt taste nice. Smells like rubber. Wasted money unfortunately.

The flavour is excellent and the kids love them. They are disappointed we only give them the recommended dosage every day.
I brought these a month ago for my children and they absolutely love them, they think of them as little treats morning and night and they taste great as an added bonus.
Ii have no doubt that Natures Way Kids Smart is a great brand. In fact I always choose this when it comes to kids vitamins. However the calcium ones my kids don’t like it. They say it tastes weird. So for calcium boost i choose different brand. But for other supplements, Nature’s Way is awesome.
My kids are dairy intolerant, and they're at the age where green vegetables are alsoa bit challenging to get into them in adequate quantities, so it can be challenging to get enough calcium into them. So, while Vita Gummies might get a bit of a bad rap for being 'unnecessary lollies', they are in fact a valid and useful tool for parents who are working to ensure their kids get enough calcium. My kids like the flavour of these chewy pastilles, so they're good in my opinion.
