I needed a supplement that would improve my blood circulation to help my body deal with cold feet and hands, and, perhaps, brain fog.Because regular niacin is not allowed in my country, I bought this one.But after I read that niaciniamide doesn't affect blood circulation as well as nicotinic acid does I realized that niaciniamide is useless for me.Be careful when choosing Vitamin B3 form, if you need to improve your blood circulation, you need nicotinic acid, not niaciniamide.

It was a good vitamin for my opinion. Good quality, great ingredients. The size and quantity is amazing as well. Downside is my daughter doesn’t like thw taste. Will probably finish the whole bottle and try to find a new brand

This is the first time I purchased this niacinamide supplement in capsules. I usually take niacinamide in tablet type but all of niacinamide tablets were out of stock when I purchased so I tried this one. I like supplements of Nature's Way which is the reason I chose this. Basically I prefer a tablet type when I take any supplement. This capsule tastes nothing and a size of a capsule is small enough to swallow. Not sure about the quality at this moment.
While NAD pre-cursor supplements (like NR and NMN) directly help boost NAD production, Niacinamide can be a better alternative to improve the NAD recycling (through what's called salvage pathway). The dosage of this brand seems generous. I like this brand for the quality and price point.
I've been taking Niacin for ages but have now ordered the non- flushing Niacinamide because I get a very hot and uncomfortable flush with the ordinary niacin. It only happens if I leave more than a 24 hr gap between taking them but I'm getting more forgetful as I get older and that flush is no picnic! It's like my body is on fire and the heat prickles are very uncomfortable. These are heaps better and I have confidence that the prickles will stay away!
