I bought this out of curiosity. I normally take pepogest by the same manufacturer so I thought this might good too. It is great for and upset stomach but I also see that it works for clarity if my mind is sluggish. The smell is fresh and I think it is great ! Also , it works for lowering androgens in people with hair loss. So it really is a multipurpose herb. The whole family loves it!

Last year I was having some major stomach issues. I had to go see Gastronologist because it was so bad. He recommended some peppermint pills so I ordered some from iherb and I fell in love. I take it three times a day with every meal and it really helps soothe my stomach. The peppermint isn’t too strong.

It works by helping the muscle of the bowel wall to relax. Peppermint oil comes as capsules.Good quality for price. Take it as a supplement in my diet and can see improvement.

I was really concerned about buying this product so the leaf one or the oil one. I have to admit that I bought the oil peppermint first. I think that it works better than the leaf product, but this t is worth all the money. The oil one is really hard on your stomach and it really burns. I would recommend the leaf one, so this product, million times more because it’s more gentle, even if it has really similar benefits. I holesaw prefer the taste of this supplement. The quality and a price are perfect and I see a little improvement instead of the oil one. I hope this review was helpful. I’m pretty blown away by my recent discovery that peppermint LEAF (not oil) helps my post meal distress so much. I have SIBO and visceral hypersensitivity. I had so much bloating and abdominal pain after eating even the simplest, safest, smallest meals. I tried eating so mint leaves in my backyard and it helped so much. I had tried peppermint oil in the past, which did not help. So I found this peppermint leaf supplement, which has been keeping me comfortable after meals. My intestinal inflammation is way down! These have been a godsend - miraculous discovery. It’s so cheap and low risk - try it!
I would recommend having 1 capsule AFTER your meal. I've tried the instruction on the bottle about taking 2 capsule before meal but i realise that doesnt really help much. Only when i tried taking 1 capsule after my meal, i did feel the minty effect. Mild and nice and helps with burping. My sister it made her had diarrhea. For myself, it helped in digestion and clearing off some of the bloated feeling. I guess different people, different effects. On the whole, i'm very pleased with this product and the delivery times.
I was recommended IBgard for my IBS and was glad to find this as a budget-friendly alternative that is also vegan. I also appreciate that it is free of artificial colors and flavors. The peppermint leaf is not as immediately soothing to my GI tract as peppermint oil but also does not give me acid reflux - I do not have burping from this. Great value for the price.
