I meant to buy it as a vitamin for strengthening my skin from the inside out, but I ended up adding it to my skin routine instead with amazing results. I cut open 1 capsule in my evening routine skincare and it works wonders. wrinkles are fading away. Clearly the effect of antioxidants works also when applied on the skin.
