I have suffered from chronic migraines since I was a teenager and I am 31 now. I’ve tried everything on the market, prescription or not, including Botox injections as a last resort. Nothing has worked. This willow bark supplement has helped me manage my pain better than prescription migraine medicines. Willow bark is what aspirin is made out of. It’s an amazing and gentle alternative to harsher chemicals. Will continue to purchase.

I take this supplement, 1 capsule, with my morning coffee instead of aspirin. There are great benefits taking this supplement with caffeine apparently. I generally avoid taking drugs and prefer medicinal plants instead in form of high quality composition supplements like this one. It is hard to speak about improvements when taken as a preventive measure in smaller dose.

I have used willow bark pain reliever before (another brand), and I think this one works just as well, maybe better. Just like any pain reliever, it won't remove any and all pain. I'm satisfied if it dulls or removes some pains, making them tolerable.The bottle says to take with food, but I've taken it on an empty stomach a few times and haven't had any issues with my usually sensitive stomach.One benefit of willow bark is that it is safer than OTC pain relievers, so I'm not as concerned about taking it when I need to.
