Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bar Variety Pack, 49 ea

My family is always on the go, and it seems like my kids are always hungry. Having a variety pack of different snacks is always a necessity, and these crunchy granola bars are always a big hit. Having the variety pack ensures that everyone has their favorite flavors without me having to buy 3 or 4 individual boxes. Kids love them, I do too. I know they're supposed to be crunchy which is why I feel lame admitting this, but I took off a star because these are SERIOUSLY crunchy. Sometimes they actually hurt my gums a little if I'm not paying attention.

My entire family loves these bars. We have eaten them for years, since I was a child. I like that they come with a selection. They are a much healthier snack for my family plus they fill you up! All of the flavors are wonderful. They are an inexpensive snack to buy. They are right around $5 and they have coupons often in the paper. I always carry one with me so if I need a snack it's right there. Also very important to read the ingredients on this because there are several in there that are common.

I love the taste and crunch of these... No doubt about it. They are absolutely delicious and make a perfect snack or breakfast (they pair great with coffee). BUT... Crumbs anyone...? They can be quite messy. Not ideal for eating and driving, especially if you end up with crumbs in the cup holder and then later get some condensation in there... When it dries you'll have to chisel the granola out. But still SO YUMMY! But best to eat at home at a table where crumbs are no big deal! 👍🏼

These are my favorite granola bars! I've been eating them since I was a kid taking my sack lunch to school. I like all flavors but peanut butter is my most favorite. There used to be a cinnamon flavor crunchy granola bar (1980s?] but I haven't seen them in years. I'd rejoice if cinnamon was relaunched.These granola bars make a nutritious snack in a diabetic diet. They also go well in lunches, and should your granola bars be crushed you can always crumble them over ice cream, yogurt, pudding, or cereal. The small pieces would also be tasty in cookies or coffee cake.

These are some of my favorite granola bars, but unfortunately, whoever packed them put the very heavy peanut butter on top and crushed most of the bars. I will still order them, but only if they are in the store.

Good tasting snack, but ...

I personally like the Nature Valley granola bars, even though they tend to always make a mess when you bite into them since they crumble. What I didn't like was that when the product was delivered to our office, the more the office ate them, the more we realized that the bars were broken down to crumbs almost. I have not yet come across one that wasn't broken. I know that they crumble when you bite into them, but these bars seemed as if the box was dropped several times. Don't think I would order online again. Maybe, if I needed to, I would buy in store, because the price is good.

Repacked product

It seemed that I have gotten a box that had been repacked with old product. The expiration date on the box was different from all three different flavors inside the box. Some seemed like they been sitting on someone's store and decided to repacked them and return them. Very disappointed!

Terrible!

I like the other granola bars by Nature Valley and thought these would be good. They are so dry that they are extremely hard. Very crumbly and make a mess when you open the individual packets. Tried soaking them in coffee but pieces are too small for that! Don't waste your money.

VERY DISSATISFIED

I have always loved the Nature Valley Granola bars, however I was very upset with these. They were very stale, and looked as if they came from old stock. I thought at first that it may just be a bad one that may have gotten a tiny hole in as it was being packaged and became stale. But now I find they are all like this! I also realized that the dates were different on them. I don’t know what has happened, but these went into the trash! I would not recommend these to anyone now. Hopefully this will not become a habit of Nature Valley’s products. excellent lunch addition when traveling

Recently took a trip where we would be driving for an extended period each day. We planned to stop to allow the children to exercise but we were not planning to stop for a noon meal. We gave the Crunchy granola bars as a dessert to their fruit and cheese finger food lunch at the exercise stop. Product is oatmeal based, under 200 calories, generally, 2-3 grams protein, 11-12 grams protein. I would have liked to have more protein and less sugar. On the downside, several of the bars did tend to crumble in the package, making for messy eating with the little ones, so I was glad we were eating outside. The oatmeal tended to stick with them and kept them from getting terribly overly hungry and crabby before our next exercise stop.
