Very good customer service. Super quick reply to questions and fast delivery within 2 days of ordering. The tent is amazing and I would definitely recommend the snow skirt even if you arent expecting snow. It helps well to keep sand and dust out of the tent!
Highly recommend this tent. We have put it through its paces. Especially during the Drakensberg Grand Traverse which had torrential down pours, thunder storms and intense hail storms. The bonus is when we did have an issue with the product, Naturehike was extremely helpful and replaced the tent for us.
The tent was everything that was described in the advertisement.
