I'm taking off 1 star for the following reasons, but don't let that stop you from buying this, it's an amazing product! I'm hoping the manufacturer will see this review and make the changes.1. Magnesium content is low.2. It's missing choline, inositol, boron, and vanadium. These aren't considered essential with a set RDA, but they're very much essential.3. K2 is MK7. MK4 is superior, and is found in mother's milk.4. Vitamin E is tocopherol, and should also include tocotrienol, which is vastly superior. I recommend reading Barrie Tan's book on vitamin E.Aside from these, this product is amazing. I began using Naturelo One Daily for Women about a year ago. I choose them because they are vegan and so am I. They have nutrients I have a hard time supplying through my diet. One Daily has proved effective. One of the chief differences I have noticed is when I donate blood. I used to struggle to achieve the threshold required. Since beginning these vitamins my hemoglobin has well exceeded the minimum necessary. As you might imagine, I have much better energy, too. Naturelo has also been a company easy to work with. Thank you so much.

I have tried many different vitamins for daily use. Tried Naturelo two months ago and now I can say with confidence that these are my favorite vitamins.Firstly, very diverse and balanced ingredients.Secondly, it is a very convenient form - the capsule is not too big, and it is easy to swallow.Thirdly, you need to take only one pill a day. I had to drink other vitamins 3 times a day - I constantly forgot to take them.And most importantly, I really feel the result - there is a lot of energy, and everything around sparkled with bright colors.

It is SO hard to find a multi that includes K2 for bone and teeth health (it helps your body actually use the VitD and other minerals) as well as COPPER to go along with the zinc. Zinc supplementation can deplete copper stores, so to find a multi that actually includes copper along with it is incredibly valuable and confirms this company knows what they are doing and can be trusted for reliability in their products. I take this every other day to stretch it out to last longer for the money (although the price is great for the quality and on par with others in the market) and to cover any gaps in my diet. I purchased this product because after much research, I concluded that it is the only product on the market that provides the perfect balance of nutrients in a children's multivitamin (MVI) without providing excessive doses of any one nutrient, is iron-free, and all of the relevant B vitamins are in their methylated forms. The only thing stopping this product from being the holy grail MVI is the objectionable taste. My child (almost three years old) ate one tablet, grimaced and immediately reached for her water to clear her mouth. She refused to take any more so my husband and I are stuck taking them until they are gone. I think they taste gross too and can see why she she refuses to take them.

I have cancer and start taking these vitamins about four months ago. My lab numbers have gotten better. I take Iron (my white blood count is normal and my red blood counts are one point off from being normal). My Iron has gotten better, not fully where they need to be just yet, but hopefully on the next test we will see my iron improve. I take Iron for anemia and for my blood counts. I take the one a day multivitamin, I take vitamin D to help with my bone health. I take Magnesium to help with taking the iron, so I am not constipated, and I take turmeric and ginger to help with arthritis. My hip is not nearly as bad with taking the turmeric and ginger and my laboratory numbers have gotten better in just four months. I am looking forward to seeing where my lab numbers ... I have ordered this vitamin for her before and since the package was addressed to her, you keep using her name whenever you email me. This is the first time that I have ordered for my husband. He has not started the MVI yet. I am sure that he will not be disappointed because you do have excellent products and you deliver on time. I would suggest though that you include a fair dosage of biotin; yours is insignificant. You only provide 30 mg for men and women. It would be nice if you'd consider increasing the dosage of selenium to 70 mcg and up the dosage of zinc as well. I see that you go by the minimum recommended by the FDA on your label.I must say that overall I am ... My son is 11 years old and just going through some changes. I thought since he doesn't have the best choice is diet yet these couldn't hurt! He has been taking these for about 3 weeks now. He had been suffering from night terrors every single night for the past 6-9 months or so. To my surprise since taking these they have almost stopped completely! (Like he has had maybe 2 in the last 3 weeks). I'm totally giving these things credit for stopping his night terrors because it can not be a coincidence right?! So happy with them and he loves taking them. I'm sure there are other benefits taking into affect, but this was the first noticeable difference.
