I took this once for infertility, twice a day. My problem was sparse periods with brown( dead) blood. After taking Vitex ( chasteberry ) for 2 months, I got a healthy period ( with a healthy egg ) the 3rd month. 4 months later I got pregnant with my second son. This, after clomid and talks of expensive hormone shots.Now I take it for menopause and it has tamed my hot flashes.

This is my first time using this form of Vitex. It came sealed and well packaged. The taste is not harsh, I always preferred pills over liquid but this isn’t bad. I will be using it as directed on the bottle, 46drops in a little bit of water. I’m happy I’ve added Vitex in my diet as a supplement. It has always helped me and has become my go to medication to help with my menses. Thank you Iherb for great quality products.

Vitex is one of the supplements she suggested in the book for a wide range of menstrual difficulties. When I take it, my cycles are more regular and I am in a better mood. The liquid extract is the most effective form. I take 20 drops under my tongue in the morning before breakfast, as recommended by my own naturopathic doctor from about day 5 of my cycle until I start to menstruate again, when I then take a break for 5 days. This helps it be more effective over a longer period of time.

This hemp has helped balancing my hormones and my period is a little less painful - which is a huge benefit for me. The quality of this product is good and the package is small. This product is great if your concern is mild hormonal imbalance.I think I will continue on using this whenever I feel like I need some extra balance.

The bottle is too small (tiny) 30ml is not big enough, they need to provide and make this product available in a 100ml size bottle making it last for a month. I'll gladly pay more, for this and the black cohosh because the quality, ingredients of the product does work and was helping me, but I will not buy it in this tiny size bottle, it's just not worth it. They only last a couple of weeks when taking it 3x a day. My 2* rating is for the size of the bottle only. Not the product inside as that is worth 5*

i love this product, i use this to balance my hormones/pms . it works great , i dont get any cramps at all , i barely even know my menstral cycle is coming half the time bc the pms is almost gone . i take this the week after i bleed and a few days before i bleed ! this combo with schisandra and you will be set. i put this in my smoothie so u dont taste it , not sure how it taste on its own . it lasts a long time too
