Nature's Bounty Fish Oil + D3 - 90 Rapid Release Softgels

I think this is a good way for me to get in my Vitamin D.? I tend to spend a very limited time outside in order to get Vitamin D and I don’t always get it through my food so I like to take this vitamin from [brand:natures-bounty]! I doesn’t have the horrible smell I’ve experienced with other Fish oil vitamins. I think this is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamin D. It’s quick and easy to remember to take in the morning. I highly recommend these vitamins you’re looking for specific dietary needs..!! 

Okay I realize this is not a hugh rating for a simple supplement, however this was prescribed by my doctor to add extra omega 3 in my body due to some health issues. So not taking by choice. Additionally, I don’t like anything fish like and having to take something I do not like makes it hard to swallow (no pun intended) and if I accidentally have a burp and well...you know...it’s just not pretty. Otherwise it’s a good supplement, especially for older women. I suggest taking with lots of water, makes it go down quicker.

Essential supplement

Living in Canada, I have a hard time getting enough vitamin D in the winter so taking these really helped thus far. The omega-3 is a bonus because I don't eat enough fish in a week. I will keep getting these supplements every winter!

Good combination and value Fish Oil with D3

After COVID-19, found out I was low in Vitamin D, also my skin had weakened with the sun, not easy to heal from rashes and scratches. Upped fish with OMEGA3 like Salmon and Macrel can be expensive, this makes a good combo for my purpose. So far so good. The brand is good as recommended by friend.

Not for the first time we take this fish oil with the whole family. I used to buy in a pharmacy at three expensive, but found on this site and ordered 2 pieces for me and my teenage daughter. The tangible effect is true. First, memory improves, although it is not a nootropic, the general condition, the nervous system has become calmer. I advise you to try to see the effect yourself. Capsules are of course large, the only thing, and so I like!
