I had been struggling big time with stomach issues. After some research I discovered Nature's Bounty Acidophilus Probiotic. I consulted my doctor and he suggested I give it a try . It has been about 2 and a half months now and I have noticed a huge difference. I have less bloating , constipation and stomach pains. Please consult your doctor before adding any vitamin to your routine. This is a good and affordable one however if you are searching .

The tablets work fine but the shape and size of the tablets are terrible. There are millions of people who have trouble swallowing uncoated large tablets, like myself. I will have to find a different brand even though they work well and are priced well. But that doesn't do me any good if I cant swallow them. I dont know.why companies dont all move to caplets or capsules. They work for everyone.
I started taking this last year after reading about the relationship between gut health and overall immunity. In the past I would only take it while on a course of prescription antibiotics, and noticed it definitely cut down on the medication's side effects. Now I take it first thing in the morning every day on an empty stomach. I've had far fewer colds than last year, though of course, there's no way to know if that's attributable to this one supplement. I've also tried some probiotics that were a combination of various strains, but with this Nature's Bounty acidophilus I've had no negative reactions whatsoever.
