there seems to be lesser of the bitter melon contents in each capsule coz i cannot feel the bitterness quality compared to my previous order...i hope it will improve soon coz i need as much pure bitter melon powder inside each capsule to help me maintain a healthy blood sugar ....overall it was okay so a 3....but it needs improvement ..need more of natural bitter melon extracts inside and lesser of what they call aritificial fillers.... i think ..

This product offers great value in helping control blood sugar balance for me along with relief of the distressing effects of blood sugar imbalance. It works for me based on how I feel although I do not monitor my blood sugar levels. I dont get the crashes that leave me swearing weak confused snd spacey. I take it in addition to chromium with very good stabilisation. Thus is a personal not clinical review.

I took the tablets for 3 days when i started to get a burning sensation in my mouth, it was as if i had drank some think very hot. sensation. I spoke to my pharmacy and they told me to stop taking them. As I am on a Heart medication which could have side affects to the bitter Melon.
