These tablets are easy to swallow. I haven’t had my vitamin D levels re checked yet so can not comment if they have made a difference to my very low levels of Vitamin D however these were a great price point and I will review once I see results soon.

Fantasic value/quality for a capsule form of vitamin D. Easy to swallow and not too small enough to get lost if you drop it (being a capsule size) . I would recommend.
