This supplement is a great way to get more calcium in your ody, especially if you are not drinking 4 8oz glasses of milk a day. The Magnesium help your body absorb and use the calcium and the zinc helps to add some protection form colds and flu symptoms. The tablets are easy to swallow and are not made from GMO products. I take 1 a day at night because it helps control my restless leg syndrome. I have recommended these to my family and friends.

I bought this as a substitute to a more expensive brand with the same composition (only the other one also had vitamin D in it). I suppose it does the work allright, don't feel any differece. No taste to it, which is good. The ingredient combination is exactly what me (and many other women my age ) need.

I read the reviews and wanted zinc glycerinate. This supplement is good quality ingredients which is not easy to find with a reasonable price and great combination. It’s been beneficial apart of my every other day supplement
