I’ve red a few magnesium glycinate brands and this one is my favorite. It absorbs noticeably quicker and is excellent quality. The package is typical. I take it late afternoon-evening primarily to aid with sleep. I sleep more sustained for longer periods consistently when taking it. I notice more muscle relaxation (good twitching), if I take it in the morning. Taking it in the morning hinges on what else start the day with or plan to take later. I appreciate the benefits for sleep help mostly and relaxation.

Very great vitamin for good sleep. Very fast absorption as described. The only ingredient I wish was not added is Maltodextrin Powder.
Doc suggested this one, but seems to cause stomach issues, even at smaller doses. Used to taking Solaray capsules with no issues.

Although the company's website lists its credibility, after taking it I realized that it causes diarrhea, so I will stop taking it, even though I was taking a double dose from another brand and it did not cause any problem.
I bought this product to help with sleep. I specifically wanted a gelatin cap because I find there tends to be a lot of fillers or not ideal ingredients used in veg caps. This one has gel caps which is great. These capsules don't make me drowsy straight away like I've had with other products but I notice that I stay asleep through the night and have a deeper sleep with these.
I tried many different forms of Magnesium, and this one finally helps me to sleep better at night. It must be the chelated part, that my body absorbs better and helps me to relax at night and improved sleep. Other Magnesium Glycinates didn’t do that. Recommend!
