The tablets are on the larger side, but they have a silky smooth texture that helps make them easier to swallow in my opinion. The taste is a bit plant like, but not in a bad way, which makes sense as the calcium content is derived from plant sources. As someone who was allergic to milk as a child, my mom was always worried about me getting enough calcium and tried to get me to take so many different supplements. I can confidently say these are by far the best tasting ones I have ever tried and bonus points that they are not a chewable because I was never a fan of those.

Alive! Calcium Bone Formula comes in a large container. The pills are off-white colored and medium sized. I am taking these just after I eat the food as I have a sensitive stomach. The pills do not have discernible taste and due to their size, they are easier to swallow. I am hoping these will help me get over some bone-related problems I have and make my bones stronger.

I have been taking Calcium with K2 from another brand. Then I chanced upon Alive and wanted to try it out. I am attracted by the natural ingredients used. Calcium is extracted from Red Algae and Vitamin K2 is from Natto (fermented soybean extract). I have taken Alive for a few weeks and find it really works well for me. The only difficulty I encounter is swallowing the tablets.I am a Health Consultant selling organic or all-natural products in my shop. I take multiple vitamins daily, including calcium supplements. Something that is a key factor in my vitamins’ purchase is that it requires the minimum amount possible of pills that need to be swallowed. This specific brand requires 4 pills, and it recommends that they are taken twice a day. I’m lucky if I remember to take them once a day! I really haven’t noticed much of a difference in the few days I’ve been taking them, but the only thing I like from them compared to my current calcium supplement is the size of the pill, which in hindsight may be the reason why you need 4 instead of the 2 needed from my current supplement. I recommend this product if you are good at keeping track of your vitamin intake.
