Have used bilberry extract for over 30 years (it DOES improve eye health!) but have had to seek alternative manufacturers as they seem to be collectively abandoning their main ingredient, bilberry extract, for other, I presume, cheaper and more readily available components. So now black elder is the dominant ingredient in this formula (250 mg) compared with only 160 mg of bilberry extract. In a word, it's not as effective as the pure bilberry that Nature's Way still produces, but the original has become more difficult to find. I have reluctantly switched to this blend, taking two capsules a day instead of the single capsule of the single ingredient formula. I continue to press for larger sizes to make the packaging more environmentally friendly (and cheaper!). If ... The USA high standard quality product., with the ingredient premium extract of bilberry compared with other brand just blueberry. The bottle size is suitable and I have taken 2 boxes and so far feel better with eyes feel moisturized and feel comfortably when seeing screen a long time. I usually take 1-2 tablets daily. Will continue to use this eye product and recommend to friends.

I do believe that perhaps it may be a good companion and more effective when used in combination with a more broad-spectrum supplement that includes other natural vision supporting ingredients. This product is also not organic and the amount of pesticides being used out there is very alarming, and their residue can enter ground and surface waters like rivers and streams that people and wildlife use for drinking and also harms aquatic life along the way. Great product with a very good quality (... also third party tested on consumerlab with a good score). Never had any problems, stomach upset, and does not taste bad.You'll need to take more capsules for an effective anthocyanin dose, and eating frozen/fridge blueberries is still a better and more effective way to increase antioxidants. This product is great if you don't have any time in the morning or when going on holiday!
Good product and fair value. Helps to get enough anthocyanins. No bad taste and quality "seems" okay. You need more capsules for an effective dose than the product recommends. Never had a stomach upset!However, I would still recommend using something like fridge or frozen blueberries, as this is a healthier and more cost-effective way to get more anthocyanins and antioxidants.
