Had tried one bottle. And just bought 2 more borrle for my dad & mum memory issues. My dad complained he used to hear sound in his brain. But, after consuming 1 tabket, the noise is gone. But, it needs to take 3 a day; 1 each morning, afternoon & at night to be continuously effective. If miss one slot, the memory fog will come back again. Seems like an effective solver for my dad hearing issue. Recommended. But, dosage can be higher at 3000mg.
