I find this to be very effective for alertness and energy, and Nature's Way brand quality (as usual) is beyond reproach. Not cheap, but worth it as this is the best Siberian Eleuthero product I've found so far. I can definitely recommend it.

now i am starting to use this product, i hope it has benefits for my body.
By far the best Siberian Eleuthero. It gives some protection by boosting immunity but does not excite as a Korean Ginseng.
Haven't taken this yet but Nature's Way supplements are usually good.
