My pain is bad for 7 years running now. I have prescription pain meds but I avoid them as much as possible as they will cause me to be constipated and that's no fun after a couple of days. Before I bring out the Rx I'll choose a couple of safer things from my collection of anti-inflammatory tools, literally a basket of them. Turmeric capsules are a mainstay in the toolset, and I've tried many brands and formulations over the years. I bought a bottle of this product while an extra discount was running and compared it to the others in my basket. Over a short time I reached for these more often, with good relief. I'd love to make these my daily driver but the cost is out of my range. 4/5 stars, 1 star removed for the price.
In November I found that I could not bend my thumb. It was locked, felt swollen and painful when I would try to move it. A friend told me to try Turmeric with Curcumin and I started taking mid to late December along wit mobilizing it with a splint. By mid-February I have regained full range of motion and complete use of my thumb again without pain. I am thrilled with the results. If you are considering starting this product for a trigger finger or other severe inflammation, know that you will have to take it for several weeks before you start to see results. I will continue to take this daily to maintain my thumb's mobility.

I I used to make tumeric milk nightly from scratch. that tends to be a bit of work so i switched over to supplements. Ive purchased the Divine Bounty brand previously but i think i like this brand better. We also purchased the Vitamin D pill from NatureWise as well.In the review section they ask to rate the pain relief, easy to swallow, and absorbency.. For pain relief, I think that's hard to gauge. Pain can occur due to different reasons so thats why I gave it only a 4. For easy to swallow and absorbency, you need to make sure you drink a lot of water and make sure it doesnt get stuck dry. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and usually always have joint pains. I usually take fresh turmeric and incorporate a lot into my diet but sometimes it is unconvinient because it stains a lot. I still have joint pains though. I thought I should try supplementing instead so I searched here and found this. I have no joint pains anymore at all for probably half a year already. I am sure this helped a lot in that. This was my 3rd bottle I think and I will surely repurchase. Quality is great. Ingredients are pure. No fillers whatsoever.
This particular supplement is the best I've found so far. I take it all the time anytime I feel there's an inflammation issue going on. While it's not as strong as taking pain killers, like aspirin for example, there is a noticeable effect with this. Love that it's organic and it's not in a compressed pill format which doesn't always dissolve as fast. These are just clear caps with powder inside, so you know they are taking effect and breaking down in about 10-15 min. Wish they had a bigger size bottle as serving size is 3 pills, that's my only complaint. Otherwise this is top shelf quality.

This compound also contains bioperine, which aids in the absorption of curcuminoids. It's hard to say how effective it is as I've been taking curcumin for at least 20 years and I'm nearly 70 with lots of arthritis in my various joints (but so far I am otherwise healthy). I have pain sometimes, but I can still run, hike , swim, lift weights. Maybe this wouldn't be the case it i stopped taking curcumin. Anyhow, I don't choose to test this theory!
