As a vegetarian I love this product, and its the first time ever in decades of searching that I've found an IRON Supplement (tablet or syrup) that does not cause constipation.Have been using it for months now and I keep reordering it. One tab a day and I'm good.Highly recommend this product for anyone experiencing problems with other Iron supplementation.
