This is the first Dashcam I bought and am very satisfied with it.It has great quality picture although the sound is a little muffled, it’s still negligible. Set up was quick and easy.I like that it automatically starts recording when starting up the car. Viewing the videos was as simple as plugging in the SD card.I do wish it used USB-C rather than mini-b but at least it’s still a standard charger and not proprietary.The only problem I’ve had with it is the usb type (which isn’t really an issue) and that the speed camera data is outdated. There was a speed camera near me that was removed 10 years ago and this Dashcam still alerts me it’s nearby. It's 'ok'. It has completely frozen up once and nothing can be done until all power was drained. The LCD screen is a bit washed out, very limited movement with the suction mount and there is no audio on the videos unless you play them through the Navman app which is disappointing. Also, keeps giving warning announcements of speed cameras where there aren't any.

This DashCam fits it purpose-for-use admirably secondly, the GPS speed checker enhances safe driving protocols. This purchase is my second of this item I now have forward-looking and rear-ward-looking protection - beware tail-gaiters!

I already had another Navman product and the MiVue 150 safety dash cam is a very nice unit. Easy to instal and operate and the picture quality is really good. I purchased the 150 over two 140s that I also bought for my son as the screen is a bit bigger and it is a bit smarter. Very nice unit which once I understood the menu options from the user manual, was easy to use.
Even though this unit does not have as many bells and whistles as some other high end models it does everything I need and more. It provides good quality footage. The unit is very well priced and is a quality product.
Had this dash cam for about a year. Does everything the blurb says. Comes with a few built in traffic light camera locations but you can add more by pressing the button on the side as you go through an intersection. Easy to delete if you get it wrong. On a long drive from Perth to Albany I was informed by the dash cam after a couple of hours of driving that I needed a break and to have a cup of coffee. - a little coffee cup is displayed on the screen. Parking in underground carparks or at night, "Please turn on your headlights".Taking the card out and using a computer - the images a great and clear. Definitely buying another for my wife's car.
I bought this as a replacement for a very similar model which, after six years of good service, I thought had cooked in the summer heat of the car. Turned out it was only the SD card, which had also given good service for six years. So I now have two reliable dashcams.
It does the job and has all the essential functions like GPS, time and speed. Other stuff like headlights reminders and lane departure aren't that accurate so often gives out false alarms but then these are just gimmick features so doesn't bother me. Durability wise I don't know yet as I bought this new, but my last Uniden and Transcend both died days after the 3 years warranty ends, so I'm hoping Navman is better.
Great dash cam with feature to add camera alerts wherever camera guys park at regular location! I was caught once even though I knew the location. Now camera alerts everytime pass that location.
The biggest problem is that modern cars that have a very sloping windscreen. That causes reflections of the dashboard up onto the windscreen which is then recorded. So no, not a fault of the dash cam itself but still a nuisance. Cannot get the Cam to link up with app but still can view files anyway using "File Explorer". Colours not quite accurate but ok for function. Good lens- frozen pics very clear.
