Better than expected. Quality of frame and internal routed cables is excellent.Achieve 110 km range on power setting number 4 with 2 bars still on battery.I do pedal with mild effort continuously so still enjoy a work out.Power level number 6 eats hills with no effort.Big smile on my face.

A Stiff Test & passed w flying colours

The Milano Plus with factory throttle, pannier rack, lights, mudgaurds, hydraulic brakes and large (detachable) battery I purchased is exceptional value for money and my partner loves it. To get to tennis she has to go up one of the steepest hills in Sydney, Awaba St, Mosman (where they hold the annual Balmoral Burn). Excellent eBike for the money

Having researched online and consulted with eBike specialists in the UK I opted for this bike. Cycling is a hobby so I'm no professional but I wanted a bike that would assist up hills as I live in an extremely undulating area. I'm glad my hubby was around as I would've been able to set up the handlebars, brakes ets on my own. That said, once it was set up the controls and display were very easy to understand and use. So off I set to try my new bike out. Wow, this bike is amazing. Very comfortable and big (I'm 5ft 10). The power is fantastic and just what I needed. It arrived earlier than expected which was great, however the packaging was damaged and there were a few scuff marks here and there but nothing too serious. All round fantastic value and quality product.

Great bike (Ladies NCN Milano) really good quality components, brakes and gears etc. Really easy to assemble all the gears and brake tensions were already set with just a little tweak after a good ride to take up the slack, front forks are the same as my Carrera. I was worried about etting a E-Bike for my wife and looked at several chinese models, some were just not described well and you could not guarantee what would turn up, the gears were just the cheaper options and where would I get a battery from when the time came to replace it? So I decided to spend that little bit more and get something with disc brakes and quality Shimano gears, removeable battery and more importantly legal for the UK roads. NCM Milano Plus

This e-bike is a pleasure to ride with all the gears and brakes have all been set without needing any adjustment. It is well balanced when riding on it. I adjusted the handle tall and closer to my body so I can ride comfortably. The battery is great with plenty of charges remain after one hour ride. I have been riding my bike every day since I got it.

Love my NCM Milano Plus. I borrowed a friends ebike during Covid. Loved the exhilaration of being back on a bike after 25yrs. The safety of the NCM ebike with the controller on the handlebar is far superior to being part of the handgrip. Everything about the Milano Plus if ideal for my needs.

Needed to get off my Giant road bike due to back issues. After a few test rides on different bikes and listening to the advice from sales staff I bought a NCM Milano Plus 28. Have completed three 50 klm rides in last four days and am extremely happy with my purchase. No back pain during or after rides. Battery still showing 80% left after each of last two rides which is unexpected but excellent. Highly recommend the NCM Milano Plus 28.

Hi all, we ordered 2 e bikes on line. NCM Milano & Moscow. By ordering 2 bikes we got a 10% discount. The bikes were delivered in 7 working days and we are very happy with our 1st e bikes. We only use them for mostly pathways and some dirt tracks which is fine for what we need. Battery life is excellent, and the bikes were easy to assemble out the box. So highly recommend.

NCM Venice Plus

Very comfortable bike with a great range. Front light could be better and drink bottle position is not great but lacks better spot. Handle bar position can be easily adjusted and bike seat very comfortable on long rides. I have put panniers on the back which increased its flexability. Would happly buy it again
