Another great product that I am very glad I purchased. The carbon fiber finish is nice, the ballhead is nice as well. The entire product is actually made pretty decent compared to what I was expecting I would say it is nicer than expected. There was a problem with one of the rubber feet being stuck in the position where the spike was exposed but I used a butter knife to pry it apart carefully and it works perfectly. It is a little tight when you first get it but after some use it loosens up nicely and it is very light. I love this to travel with as it never feels like I am carrying a big heavy tripod anymore. The bag zipper handle broke off but the other zipper works fine and the bag is not bad either. For the money I consider this a great buy.

Makes you think of the higher priced Me**** tripods. Only negative id the head, switched out to a spare head and all is great. I figured the tripod at its price it included a head? Not bad, but not what I was looking for with a gripped body.

Got this for a present for my wife, who needed something lightweight enough to carry on her nature photography expeditions, yet stable enough to support a long lens on a mirrorless rig. I was a little hesitant about Neewer, (a lighting product I bought from them a few years ago just awful) but there was nothing else that seemed to fit the bill here. We are very pleased with this purchase, and have no complaints at all. The tripod-unipod design is great, the leg locks are solid, the fit and finish of every component is perfect.
Performs very well. It is stronger than similar tripods. I bought another Carbon Fiber tripod from another company for almost 3 times the price; but it is weaker and very flimsy and barely holds my DSLR with a normal lens plus it is longer and doesn't fit in my suitcase. I can put my 150~600mm lens on my camera and it stays steady and it folds smaller to fit my suitcase. Very nice purchase :-) I wish all of my purchases were as good as this one!
The mounting of the Tripod stem to the Ballhead has play and allows the ballhead to have a slight rock no matter how tight you make everything. This is far from ideal for long exposures. I've tried plumbing tape on the thread however it hasn't helped as it is the mounting fixture that has play inside the Carbon stem. Other than that the tripod is good. The supplied ball head is very solid and probably overkill for most users of this lightweight tripod. The packaging is all very good and all leg locks work satisfactorily. Overall very impressed for the price.

This tripod offers an excellent mix of features at a very good quality level. You get carbon legs to absorb vibration, load capacity at least triple the weight of the camera and lens, a reasonable working height, and a ball head with good precision and controls. The case is well made and useful, although the center column must be reversed for the tripod to fit. Finally, the overall weight is is less than an aluminum model of similar load capacity. Anything better would cost 2-3 times the price.
This is a really nice Tripod! I used it on a 8 day Cruise, and it worked very well. Good for mirrorless and compact cameras. I used a Sony RX-10 MII camera and it was fine, I did have to use the the center column pull out hook to hang my backpack from to help stabilize in the pretty windy conditions, especially when doing time lapse. Very nice carry case, heavy duty zippers, I was surprised. I knocked it 1 star, for No instructions. It came with a black cylinder, and hex wrench, still don't know what there for. Very easy to unfold and fold legs for compact carry.
