Bought this to support my godox ad600bm strobe , wondered before purchasing if it was going to be strong enough , but let me tell you this thing is strong , very strong and quite heavy which I my opinion is a good thing , this stand is awesome heavy duty , arrived quick and was well packaged would very highly recommend this stand .

I have a similar c stand that cost around 130, but let me tell you that this Neewer C stand and boom is of equal or maybe even better quality!! I wasn't expecting much for 70 but I am already considering buying another. Easily takes the weight of my Bowens 750 pro without the need of a sand bag (although I would use one just to be safe) If you are considering buying one of these, then I would say you will not be disappointed!
Right product, right choice.
I LOVE these stands! Very solid, easy to use c-stand with easy to open/close feet. A major plus (to me) is that both ends of the boom arm has 1/4 -20 screw heads and indentations for lighting to grab on... while most boom arms are slick and could cause a light/object to slip off the end.
Strong sturdy stand. Attach a Godox SK400II with various modifiers. Had boom arm on the horizontal with no counter balance on the boom arm, stand was solid and stable.
Well made and quality product. Cannot fault the finish and manufacturing process. The vertical bars are spring loaded to stop it from crashing down and causing a sudden jolt. The Neewer brand can be seen on top of one of its three legs showing that the article is genuine. For the price I paid, I have no, nada, zero complaints.
bought my first c stand about 2 months ago to check suitability and quality. At the time of purchase I was well pleased with it and after a few weeks decided to buy another. The one I had previously bought had gone up 20quid, so started looking for cheaper alternatives. Then I found the Neewer stand, 30quid cheaper than the first one, I was apprehensive at the cost, but bought one anyway. First impression... Excellent ! And after using it for a few weeks I am well chuffed with it ! Would I recommend this stand ? 110 % yes, hoping to buy 2 more in the next few weeks
