We've had this for a short while and are already impressed.The oven arrived and was well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The installation instructions were easy to follow and there is the back up of you-tube videos for further explanation. Removal of the screws and edge strips to screw the oven into the built in cupboard was a 2 person job - you have to hold the oven door partially open whilst unscrewing.The oven is a breeze to use and the control panel is intuitive. Our oven has a wi-fi option which means that you can switch on or monitor remotely including outside of the house. You can also programme the oven to start at a certain time or finish at a certain time. We love the quick heat up time and the door that folds out of and under the oven. This gives you excellent access to the oven - even if you are shorter stature. We like the pull out oven shelves which are sturdy and mean that you don't have reach into the oven to add or remove items.We've found the oven to cook well with even heat distribution. We have a thermometer you can use for joints and poultry that takes the guesswork out of when meat is done and stops you overcooking and drying food out. Chicken and joints we have cooked have been excellent. The steam function we have is complementary to the electric heating - you cannot steam alone but we have found it excellent. The oven has a dough proving function which we have found to be superb - bread can be proved reliably and quickly and the dough does not dry out. We've cooked joints and poultry, rested steaks, proved and cooked bread, cooked croissant and pain au chocolate, reheated food (with steam assist), cooked fish and roast dinners including potatoes and vegetables and been pleased with everything. My only negative comment would be that the instruction manual seems to make the oven operation more complicated than it really is-the oven is really easy to use.

BUILT IN OVEN WITH ASSISTED STEAM

It cooks to perfection every time giving us moist and tender meals no matter whether we are cooking from scratch or reheating. The Neff recipes which are readily available online are amazing and my family appreciates all of the results when I try something new. Thank you Neff for a wonderful product.

Best oven ever

Not only did I cook the best roast pork belly ever, my family agreed it was the best ever. Adding steam with a slow cook for 2 hours then changing to a higher temp and circo roast function for 30 minutes, produced the juiciest most tender pork with delicious crunchy crackling .... thanks to the NEFF consultant for this fail safe recipe. I've since made foccacia using the bread proving and bread baking functions, also the best I've ever made. Today I reheated leftover chicken using the reheat function, and it was as moist and delicious as when I cooked it. Built in oven with Vario steam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so easy to use and the self cleaning is the best part of the oven.Only when you have a slide and hide oven door do you realise what you have been missing all these years. The functionality is exactly what I was looking for and the added steam function makes the food even more tender and delicious.I highly recommend this oven.

I've used a number of different functions but having just been to a cooking demonstration (well worth while) I will try a few more and be more confident with adding steam. I have roasted vegetables, cooked meat dishes, grilled a range of goods, and baked cakes and desserts. Having two ovens means I can use a different functions and temperatures at the same time. The cooking demonstration pointed out the benefits of a few functions I haven't tried and showed how the steam works to great effect. Success First Go

I was very happy with the result: it was roast beef with veges. The probe resulted in the meat being cooked to perfection. I have never been able to do that in the past. I was surprised at how easy it was to get success. I am looking forward to learning more about my various appliances.

Operating the oven through the full touch-screen (think smartphone screen) is a breeze and it's easy and fast to access cooking modes and programs, but make sure your finger is dry!This is the first oven we have ever had with pyrolytic cleaning function and it's fabulous. Every few months we use the pyrolytic/self cleaning function to bring the insides back to a perfect clean condition with no effort, but I wish the wire trays and side rails/telescopic rails could stay inside and be cleaned during this function.The oven is mounted at bench height and slide and hide door and internal bright light are great features.
