This wonderful oven has allowed me to broaden my cooking horizons and gives me the confidence to try recipes that I would never have considered before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently attended a cooking demonstration with Warren as I am looking at new appliances for my kitchen remodel. I must say that I was so impressed with the Neff range. Warren's demonstration was exceptional showing the ease of baking and roasting with steam. A steam oven is now a must have in my kitchen. The Neff range is suitable for all range of cooks and the slide and hide door is definitely as stand out feature on the ovens. To anyone considering a steam oven or who has never considered one I highly recommend attending a demonstration. A big thank you to Warren and Neff for opening my eyes to steam cooking.

So a bit disappointed that the cookbook didn't come with the ovens. While the ovens are somewhat intiutive - it would be great if they offered lessons - because you can't use them without very thorough reading of the instructions and they are quite confusing. The telescopic rails are disappointing - having spent extra for them they only extend a little compared with other ovens - and are kind of shaky! But the ovens are very pretty and I'm sure I will learn to use them well in time. But a stranger could not just walk in and use them without explicit instructions. We sampled a delicious rissotto that was so easy to cook. All you had to do was place the ingredients in the supplied stainless steal container and the oven did the rest.To complimnet the risotto a very juicy chicken breast. I will save money and start cooking chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. I cannot wait to exxperiment with my new oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the early 80's I had an oven with slide and hide door, we moved and renovated, could not find what I wanted, I then saw Neff advertised, I was sold, slide and hide oven, compact oven with steam, gas hob,range hood, and dishwasher. All appliances are great. Enquiries with service have been excellent. Anyone considering these appliances book yourself into a demonstration, attended my first and Warren Carle could not have been more helpful with troubleshootong and using my appliances to the max. Could not be happier.
