This nasogel has been a godsend i tried everything for moisture and this is phenomenal I have chronic sinus issues and I highly recommend trying this. I am so happy I found it. So much more comfort than just a spray if you have a dry nose

Not sure what they’ve done to change this but it’s not the same as it’s always been. It’s so much more runny and has an overwhelming chlorine smell to it when you use it. I have been buying this nasal gel for years and I’m so disappointed that they have changed it now. They even changed the applicator which does nothing but get gel all over the place and make a huge mess. I’ve bought so many of these in the past that I had an extra applicator tip from the old one and tried using it on this tube but they’ve changed the tube size and opening too so it didn’t fit. Just be advised, if you are used to using this nasal gel, they have changed something with it and it’s not nearly as good of a product now. My husband is on Hospice and oxygen 24/7. His nose becomes raw at various times. When used as directed (any time he wants to) it helps keep the dryness at bay. I will order the spray gel from the same Neil Med and hopes it makes him more comfortable. I found it listed on the enclosed info sheet.
This wonderful product is so helpful in clearing out the nasal passages and avoiding dry crustiness in the nostrils. When awakening with congestion and clog, this gel will soften the nostrils and clear out the congestion. I highly recommend this for anyone with allergies or chronic nasal conditions.
My doctor put me on this for persistent sinus headaches and infections, since finally taking her advice the headaches have noticeably lessened along with the constant drainage. I have stopped taking the steroid medication thatI used daily and only take over the counter melds occasionally. I have my husband using it now and his sinus issues have been greatly reduced also.

This product is not as good as the previous product for moisturizing nasal passages. This unit is difficult to use for sendingfluid into the nose. I prefer the previous design.
