Purchased the Defender Extreme Cover towards the end of April, beginning of May 2019. I wanted to get some use out of it before I made an honest review. Reviewing this in October 2019. Living in Pittsburgh, it is usually hit or miss regarding rain. This year it seemed to rain more than previous years. I can say I am happy with this purchase. I have bought several cheap covers at Walmart over the years and they just flat out suck. They are quite thin compared to this cover and wear out after a year or so. Why continue buying cheap ones when you can buy a nice one and be done with it. The Extreme Sport Bike Cover is made of a nice durable material. You can tell it will last long. The fit on my 600CBR RR is perfect. The vents on this thing also prevent any moisture from building up underneath the cover when it is pouring outside. I have had at least 2 or 3 compliments on this cover because it is so stealth. Simple design and nice reflective stripe. The price on this cover is spot on. Elastic on the bottom half of the cover which hugs your bike and a strap to prevent it from getting blown off. This cover is almost too nice that I am almost afraid to not keep an eye on it for fear it will get stolen. I would highly recommend this cover if you are in the market for one.

Purchased this back in 2019 of November when I had my Suzuki Hayabusa. It fit pretty well and covered the entire bike. However on one terrible winter storm night in 2021, the wind knocked my Honda Cbr1000rr I had at the time with this cover on, the wind knocked the bike over (because the rear tire was flat) and I felt more bad for this cover than the bike because the cover had a rip :(. I genuinely love this cover and will buy again!

I love this cover! It has done me great in the snow and rain. There is a nice little buckle that is at the bottom and connects both sides under the bike. This helps keep the cover on nice and snug in the wind. The elastic at the bottom is also great, this also helps it stay on the bike. The cover is made of a nice, high quality material that feels like it should hold up well. I have an 2018 Yamaha MT-09 and it fits it perfectly, even with the mirrors on. It also comes with a nice little stuff sack!!
This cover can bake in the hot desert sun instead of my bike. The clip under the bike holds in the wind. The grommets for a security cable are well placed. Covers my tires and everything. Very satisfied with this choice. If you care about your love this cover is a reasonable investment.
The material used feels thick and strong. It smashes down into a relatively small package and the included stuff bag is nice, especially the straps for getting that extra squeeze to minimize space. With my side-cases on, it still covers most of the way to the bottom of the tires, front and back. I don't have a top case, but there seems to be enough space to still cover to rear sprocket if I did. There are vents in the front to help get the moisture out. They are at pretty much the highest point which is good. There are holes with grommets in the front if you want to lock the cover to the bike or the bike to a lamp post or that crazy lady with the shopping cart. There's a strap in the middle to keep it from flying up in the wind. It hasn't been particularly windy since I got it, but since it's snuggs nicely around the tires and footpegs with the elastic, oh ya, some elastic around it to help it snug around the bike, with the strap I'm sure it will stay in place.
Used this on a 1500 mile week long trip and performed flawlessly. Was nice to know big would be totally covered and prying eyes wouldnt be ogling the bike.Woke up the first morning to a bit of dew on the cover but the bike itself was nice and dry.Would buy again.
This cover is pretty good. I’ve used it during the raining season and it holds up. I’ve tried it on my VFR750F and my crb 600f3 and it fits pretty good. Unlike my other covers, the water runs off the cover and didn’t puddle up. This cover isn’t as heavy as the other motorcycle covers I’ve owned. It kept my bike dry and all the time that I’ve spent polishing the aluminum pieces didn’t get ruined. There were a few cons though. The cover case is pretty small though but I don’t really think I would use it unless if I am planning to store the cover for a long time. It is a bit more pricey than the other options and it could use a little bit more reflective trim at the front. But other than that, it’s pretty good.
I just bought this cover, so my first impression is that it looks and feels sturdy and looks as advertised. Covers my bike just like the photo shows (a 2006 Suzuki SV1000S). So far, so good. I'll check back in a year or so (about how much time it usually takes the Florida sun to start degrading a cover) to let you know how it holds up.
I live in Colorado. I don't have a garage, so my Ninja 300 lives outside all the time. This cover was really good for protecting my bike from rain, snow, and UV. This cover has survived two winters so far, and only needs to be replaced because a hole has been worn into it where it sits on top of one of the mirrors. Where I live, it gets very windy (90 MPH gusts), and since this cover is not very tight against my bike, when the wind whips up, it rubs the inside of the cover against the iridium finish of my windscreen. I had a Nelson-Rigg cover before this one that had flannel on the inside where it sits over the windscreen; this one just has a woven cotton panel.
