Hey it’s a footprint and it did all the footprint stuff! The size matched the tent perfectly and clipped on easily. It was also small enough that I could pack it into the tent bag so I don’t need to carry it separately. The only thing I was confused on was, in the instructions it’s written to set the footprint down with the Nemo mark facing up, but I didn’t see a Nemo mark anywhere on the footprint. Also, I think it would be nice if there were a way to tighten the clips after you attach them to the tent.I received these products for free from the REI Trailblazers sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

I bought this footprint to go with the Dragonfly 3P tent. The material seems good and the color coding is nice. The reason I am only giving it 3 stars is that unless you stake this tent out, the footprint attaches very loosely and just flops under the tent. For the price of this footprint and the price of the tent, I would expect something better. The reason I bought a supposedly freestanding tent is so that I could sleep in it without the fly or staking it out when the weather is nice. I can still do that, but because the footprint is so loose underneath, the sides and the edges of the tent get exposed to dirt and possible abrasion. Seems to negate the value of a footprint and I really don’t understand the logic behind this one design detail.

I highly recommend buying this footprint along with your Nemo Dragonfly Osmo 1P tent! The way they fit together is really smart, unlike anything I’ve seen before, where the footprint tucks so nicely under the bottom of the tent without sticking out at all and risking rain pooling on top. It’s so incredibly lightweight and fits in the tent’s original stuff sack went all packed up. I’ve always been a fan of footprints to keep my tents in cleaner and better condition over their life, but with the super lightweight material this tent is made from I’d say this is a must-purchase accessory to add another layer between the ground and the tent floor to protect it, especially for hard use. Plus an added layer of ground moisture control is always a good idea!

Great footprint that fits the NEMO dragonfly 1p tent. Sturdy fabric. Easily clicks onto the tent. I recommend using this because the floor fabric of the tent is quite thin and would not withstand tough conditions like all the granite in the Sierra. Picture diagrams showing how to attach the footprint were kind of confusing.
Great footprint, good durability. I was worried that it would not stand up to repeated use, but it is well built and particularly good for being lightweight. The fitment of the brackets on the footprint to the tent base are much better than most tents I have used.I would not recommend using the Dragonfly Tent without the footprint due to the extremely lightweight tent material. I have been very careful with where I stake that tent, even with the footprint.
Overall it's a nice footprint. It's the right size for its tent, and the coordinated colors between the straps on the footprint and tent made setup easy. This is a relatively simple, no frills product that's ideal for lightweight backpacking. The material is very light and thin, but it still seemed sturdy enough to withstand the bed of dried pine needles and pinecones and stayed securely attached while we repositioned the tent around.
I used this product in conjunction with the NEMO Dragonfly 3P Tent as is designed. The material is lightweight and thin but feels sturdy. It is very easy to attached to the tent, with color coded clips on each end that correspond to the correct sides they should be attached. I used it in the rain and it prevented the bottom of the tent getting wet. One of the times I set up the tent, I forgot to attach the foot print before staking the tent down, and I was easily able to attach the footprint even without having to remove the tent stakes. This is a good addition to the tent, and I was even able to get it to fit into the tent bag.
This footprint works perfectly with the Dragonfly tent! It was so simple to set this up with the tent and the design of the corner connections is brilliant! Photos are attached to show how the corner strap of the tent connects the footprint, poles, and rain cover all in one! The footprint is a good thickness that is lightweight and easy to pack, but durable and a good layer between tent and ground.
I got the NEMO Dragonfly 3P Footprint to go with the Dragonfly 3P Tent and its a perfect pairing. The Footprint provided extra security for any gravel or stones that might be under the tent for setup and usage while also providing the confidence that we would stay dry. The footprint is lightweight and easy to pack along with the tent. I would definitely recommend buying this if you are getting the Dragonfly 3P tent to ensure your tent lasts as long as possible.
