I recently began to suffer from minor knee pain and stiffness. I started taking Joint Complex by NeoCell, because it is specially formulated to support joint, cartilage and connective tissue health. I like that this Collagen Type 2 supplement has 600 mg of Hydrolyzed Chicken Collagen per capsule. I also appreciate that the product contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Hyaluronic Acid. The standard sized, soft capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach but they do have a slight odor. You can take the suggested serving size of 4 daily capsules all at once or divided up throughout the day, on an empty stomach or with food. Collagen Type 2: Reduce Joint Inflammation

There are 2 types of Neocell collagen. Types 1 and 3 to support skin, muscles, bones, hair and nails health. Type 2 mainly supports joint and cartilage health (great for osteoarthritis). Neocell collagen type 2 comes from chicken while type 1 is from bovine (beef) collagen. I take type 1 and 3 because i want to minimize fine lines, wrinkles and improves skin elasticity / hydration. I also have brittle nails and thin hair, type 1 and 3 is perfect for me. My husband takes collagen type 2 as he often experiences joint pain. Good product with a bad smell

Bought this for my worn out knee cartilage because Jarrows type 2 was out of stock. Overall, I feel it works just as effectively as Jarrows and even has some extra ingredients that are beneficial for joints. My knee cap clicks less after about 2 months using this product. The smell however is not something that's easy to forget. When you open the bottle, there is a strong bad smell like rotting meat. Several people mentioned this and I agree. Perhaps it has to do with the chicken sternum they use. I rate it 5 stars despite the smell because it does what it says.

When I was taking this product I felt slightly better in my joints, but you should remember to take such kind of products for a long term or even on a constant basis to gain the maximum effectiveness. I strongly recommend use CURCUMIN EXTRACT with PEPPERINE (BIOPERENE) EXTRACT to reduce the inflammation along with collagen complex. By doing so you will greatly improve your health and remove possible discomfort in your joints!)STAY HEALTHY AND HAPPY!!!)))

The most beautiful thing about this product is type II collagen, which is intended for joints and bones. My mother suffers from severe pain in the joints and knees and cannot walk.
