Bought this fry pan after purchasing the same brand's wok which is awesome!! Assumed this would be exactly the same but unfortunately its not. For some reason my induction cook top does not recognise this fry pan on the large element, the one most appropriately suited for this size frypan (even though it is advertised as being compatible with all induction cooktops). I don't have this issue with my wok. Also the very first time I used the pan, my food was sticking to the bottom!! And every subsequent use, my food sticks immediately to the pan when I add it. It comes off nicely when washed, but this is not the way I would expect a "non-stick" pan to operate, especially again since my wok is perfectly non-stick.

It was such a waste of money. It started sticking worse than any other pan I've ever had. Awful products and I'm an idiot for getting sucked in believing it's good because it's expensive. What a lie.

Such a handy lightweight pan for warming up leftovers, pancakes and okonomiyaki. No chips off the paint and has lasted really well. And the non stick surface doesn't require tonnes of oil. I use it everyday- kitchen staple.

Really good size for cooking a meal for the family. Really good for pancakes too. Make sure to follow the care instructions.
I'm very disappointed in this fry pan. It was extremely expensive, and is certainly not non-stick. Fish sticks to it, patties stick to it, and the bottom has already started to show some scratches from my efforts to clean it. Buyers should also be aware of the significant discrepancy between the stated size and the actual size of the base. It may be 24 cm across the top but the bottom measures only 17 cm, only just big enough for 2 pieces of fish.
With covid we weren’t able to see the product in person but it was better than we hoped! Such an excellent product. Although it wasn’t terrible, the only downfall was the shipping time and cost.
Used this pan for over a month, non stick, non toxic, retains heat very well, highly recommend.Arrived on time and undamaged, 5 stars!
I bought this years ago - I actually came to the site to review some more recent purchases, but I will review this pan because it is worth saying that even after years of use it is still perfect and I love it! It really does allow you to cook with less fat and gets hot at lower temperatures than other pans, and the surface remains slick and non stick without sacrificing your health. No more peeling non stick surfaces and wondering what you are ingesting. This is gorgeous too, the colour is just lovely. It is a little heavy to lift when its full, but if that is how it works, and what makes it a quality pan then I will happily accept it.
Love this pan, I have now completely upgraded my pots n pans to the neoflam range I brought my 1st one a year ago along with the saucepans and can't fault them in anyway as an added bonus their retro inspired colours look great in the kitchen. Am now working on the neoflam roasters
