This machine is faulty. I wish I'd paid more attention to other reviews before buying. From day one, it does not froth milk. Simply warms it up. All the fancy buttons are useless. I've been a Nespresso user for over 12 years. I called with complaint about this machine, which was barely 2 months old and had to go through and hour and a half dog and pony show before I could actually get someone who new what they were talking about on the line. I'm still in ongoing talks about getting a replacement. So disappointed.What has happened to Nespresso's customer service? It used to be fabulous.

I was using my regular Keurig and also enjoyed my coffee pretty much. My 14y/o son introduced me to Nespresso. I did not know much about it other than expresso machines. Then I started researching on Nespresso machines. Once I learned about it never looked back. I did not plan on buying Lattissma Gran since it's the more expensive. But once I checked it out and all of its features, I just could not resist. Now that I have owned it for a month I am so proud that I bought it. There are so many ways I can customize it depending on my liking. It's a great way to enjoy your Latte, macchiato, or whatever it is that fits your taste. Buy it and Enjoy it. And also it looks great on the kitchen counter.

We had ours for just less than a month and was so disappointed we just returned it and bought a different espresso machine. We liked the espresso, but like other reviewers, the milk frothing function was inconsistent. Sometimes it would work then the next time it wouldn’t. We cleaned it over and over to no avail. We went through nespresso customer support, which was great, but it did nothing to prevent the issue with the milk frothing. After talking with someone in the store where we bought our machine, they told us that Nespresso was discontinuing the Original machines. Our experience along with this information lead us to return the machine and get a more traditional espresso machine.

I’m really enjoying my new Gran Lattissima machine! After having a Citiz & Milk machine for a number of years and loving it, I wanted an upgrade and was slightly hesitant on getting the Lattissima because there were a few bad reviews. However, the issues that have been reported can be resolved with settings and getting used to a new machine.I recommend watching the video that you can scan for the link in the machine doco, but also I found some really helpful review and settings videos on YouTube.There a quite a number of settings, but I mostly use the espresso and flat white functions. I find that it is consistent in the way that it brews the coffee, although at times the process seems longer than others. My real issue is with the milk steamer/foamer that has only once been able to produce milk foam. Invariably, it spits out super hot steam and hot milky water -- irrespective of the kind of milk (dairy, soy, almond, oat) or the fat content. When using it, you invariably waste one or two capsules to milky water (which you have to toss quickly as you interchange the coffee cup) before you get any foam. I received my first Nespresso machine more than 12 years ago as a gift. I still have it and use it often. I gifted my dad one a few years ago and I just bought the Gran Lattissima as an early Christmas present to myself. I only received a few days ago but I love it do far. So many recipe options!!! Even though I have my favorite coffee flavors I always enjoy trying new and seasonal flavors. It’s great that now you get free sample coffee capsules when you order online and I’m happy Nespresso has expanded their decaf options over the years. Could not recommend Nespresso enough to anyone that enjoys coffee

When my inissia died before Black Friday I decided it was time to treat myself to a new machine and I decided to upgrade (so I thought). I read reviews and watched videos debating between this and the creatista which was on sale for a similar price around that time. I picked this because I thought it would be more convenient, but I’d honestly rather use my old machine if I could than this. I really wish I tried the creatista instead. It’s not consistent. Can't believe I waited so long to purchase this machine and so happy I finally treated myself to it! Making a variety of delicious, HOT and perfectly sized coffee drinks -in the mornings- has never been so easy. I love that I can adjust how much coffee I get from each pod and love how thick and "fluffy" the frothed milk comes out. The incredible variety of delicious flavors means I'll never get bored and there will always be a different flavor to try. This machine has it all: it's extremely user-friendly and uncomplicated and looks great in my kitchen. Love the functionality and aesthetics. Hoping it lasts a long, long time.
This product is not worth it at all. Everything mentioned in the features above is a true lie. It doesn’t make proper milk drinks at all. The foam is so misleading. Not at all great for cappuccinos or macchiatos. I thought since this machine has the attachment for milk froth it will good and worth it. But no!!!! Plus the size of coffee pods and the amount of coffee that comes out is not good too. It’s just all water in 2 secs.Me and my husband are really disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. Not convenient for cleaning as well (the milk dispenser)
I bought this in August of last year, 2021, worked fine and all of a sudden the milk frother stopped working. It either dispenses watery milk or plain hot milk. Called customer service too many times, they have me got through the same process in trying to fix it and finally they had me return the machine for repair. Sent it back with their prepaid packaging, and came back right away. Sent it on a Monday and was back at our house in Friday. Tried it again, still the same problem with the frother!!. Now they will send me another frother and this is will be the second time. I just wonder if they really tried to fix the machine since it came back right away!!.
