Neutrogena 29ml Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturiser

I really like this moisturizer! I have dry and acne prone skin. This didn't cause me to break out and definitely helped the dry skin. I think the price point is very reasonable and you can often find really good deals on Amazon (make sure it is actually from The Neutrogena Store if you do that). I like the pump. is still my favorite, but I do alternate that with this. I have switched from Philosphy to pretty much all Neutrogena at this point. The above cream that I mentioned was in a voxbox that I was lucky enough to receive and I have been adding more and more. Great quality and working great with my skin.

This was the first retinol product I ever tried. I was wary because I do have dry, sensitive, redness prone skin. But it actually did remarkablely well. It made my skin smoother, more even toned and shrunk my pores. I did have a little redness so I only used it every other day. When I first tried it I was just barely 30. Now that I'm beyond 30 I need a bit more anti aging on my face but I still think this is a great product. It's the perfect starter product for someone who has never used a retinol before and or for anyone with sensitive skin. Highly recommend.

It seems that every overnight moisturizer I've ever tried has led to clogged pores, no matter what I do. It doesn't matter what type of cleanser I use beforehand, what type of moisturizer I use (heavy, light, etc), whether I exfoliate, whether I steam my pores or close them with cold water... Until this! I primarily use it to prevent breakouts. I tend to get breakouts along my jawline, especially monthly hormonal breakouts. This stuff, when used daily, helps prevent them or at least lessen the number and severity. It's not marketed as an acne product, but that's more what I use it for. As for its "moisturizer" label, I'd say it's more of an acne-moisturizer hybrid cream. Anyway, I don't care that I'm "?" as to its claims to repair wrinkles and moisturize because what it does for me in the breakout prevention department is so amazing. I give it 5 stars for that alone. It truly is my HG. One downside is that the bottle is opaque, so it's hard to tell when the product is getting low. I assume this is to protect the ingredients from the effects of light/sunlight. I just make sure to keep an extra one on-hand for when the current one runs out.

Absolutely love it!

I am 43 year old female. I've been using this moisturizer for a year (maybe more). My only concern is that Neutrogena will stop making it for some reason. Please, please, please don't! Ever! I have sensitive skin that is mostly dry and prone to breakouts (horrible combination if you ask me). Oh the amount of anti wrinkle products I had tried with very underwhelming or damaging results. This moisturizer really smoothed my wrinkles. My skin is visibly tighter. NO breakouts! I know that it's all thanks to this moisturizer, because I don't use anything else (no day cream), just face wash by Neutrogena (blue pump, fresh something, don't remember the name) twice a day and this once a day only at night. Distant cousin of the Anti-Wrinkle line, which I v

I’m a huge fan of the Anti-Wrinkle line and use the deep wrinkle daily moisturizer (spf 20) and the night cream religiously. I hadn’t tried Rapid Wrinkle Repair but was sure I’d love it, especially since the day formula has a higher SPF. I don’t! It seems to be a completely different formulation, and makes me break out, although the Anti Wrinkle Line doesn’t. Also, I dislike the scent which to me is like fake watermelon scent- gross. Wish I had stuck with the tried and true.

Do not buy!!!

I really wanted to like it but it burned my skin and caused the area around my eyes to swell. Everything I put on after burned. My face is now recovering from this. I have combination skin and bought it to reduce my dark spots. I did not realize it had alcohol in the ingredients. Alcohol will take away the nutrients in your skin and dry you out. After 3 days of wearing it night and day, my skin became irritated and in pain.

Feel nice on my skin

I've been using this every night for about a month now. Haven't seen any difference in wrinkles or my skin texture to be honest but at least I haven't had any reactions from it which is nice because most things make me break out because my skin is so sensitive. I'll keep using it and see if maybe longer use will make a difference. Nice light texture and nice smell too and seems to absorb well, just no difference as far as improvements are concerned.

Potentially fake version of product

I believe this version of the product is a fake. I have used this product for years, and when I started using this new bottle it was clearly not the same consistency/scent. It appeared to be plain hand lotion. I compared it to some of the remaining product I had in a recently purchased bottle from another store and it was definitely not the same product.

amazing product! when used properly

Before you purchase, please educate yourself on retinol. Talk to a dermatologist. Follow reputable derms on Instagram (they share SO much) GO SLOW. Look into the sandwich method. set yourself up for success. Understand what retinol does for you and what happens when you go too quickly or use too much. the sandwich method will help combat the flakes. The dead skins have to go somewhere..... everyone's skin is different. even if you're sensitive, you can still use this product. Also, WEAR SUNSCEEN! If you are going to put the work in, protect your skin. I am seeing results quickly with this product and will continue to use slowly. I love the texture and I love how it makes my skin look and feel.

not for everyday use

I bought this product over a week ago, had used it for 4 night in a row as recommended and it burned my skin to the point where i am not able to attend work or any appointments. Its crazy acidic which i only noticed on day 5 waking up in the morning with a burning red face. First it was only itching but now i am not able to touch it, i am using creams that are recommended for serious burn damage. This product should not be used on a daily basis also is definitely not for normal/dry skin types. Massively disappointed, hope my skin can recover from this.
