Neutrogena Facial Cleansing Makeup Remover Wipes with Hyaluronic Acid

Home Tester club sent me these Neutrogena Hydro Boost ultra-soft cleansing towelettes free in exchange for my thoughts, so I’m here in Influenster to tell you all as well. What a great product. Comes in a diaper wipes style plastic bag, with same style sticker resealable lid. Towelettes are already wet so no need for water, this would be the perfect face wipe for camping or any other place you may just need a refresher. As that is exactly how my face felt after I used the large sized wipe. I felt like my face just got this extra boost, a boost of wake up, a boost of moisture and just a boost of cleanliness. I was allowed to try Neutrogena Hydro Boost Ultra-Soft Cleansing Towelettes. I love how these wipes are 100% plant based biodegrades in 35 days in home compost. I love their saying "Fibers from Nature return to Nature." It gives life to something else, turning it into soil so you can use it to feed your garden, flower beds etc. These cleansing wipes are very soft and have a soft floral clean scent. I used them to wipe away the dirt and makeup from my face with ease. Even my waterproof mascara came off easily and didn't pull out my eye lashes. I do wish the wipes were alittle more moist but I added alittle water to it to make it more wet. Drying

The wipes are soft, which was nice as way too many wipes are rough and irritate my skin. They removed my makeup just fine. They also dried my skin out really badly. The thing with hyaluronic acid is that it draws moisture out of the environment to hydrate itself. However, because the acid in these wipes never actually penetrates your skin and just remains on the surface, the acid actually ends up taking moisture away from your skin because your skin is the "environment". So this product has the opposite effect than the one intended.

Feeling refreshed

The wipes are a good size that you only need to use one to get your face nice and clean. They also have a great smell to them. These wipes are wonderful to put in your pocket book to use on the go. The package is a perfect size so it doesn't take up much room. After I have been using these wipes i have noticed my face looks more radiant every day. They have gave me a nice glow to my face. Loves these wipes

I love these wipes. I have other products in this line like the face cream. These have a left over “film.” Feeling to me but not in a bad way . Some of the other face wipes leave my face feeling very dry. These make my face feel refreshed and soft. Almost like they have the face cream on them that’s left behind. I did buy them to keep in my car but that wasn’t a good idea because after a few weeks, they get dried out and no longer are useful. But overall I do love these wipes

My vanity is stocked with their acne treatments, retinol treatments, cleansers & moisturizers. So receiving these Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleansing Towelettes is so exciting & I could not wait to incorporate them into my skincare routine! Some cleansing wipes can be too abrasive for my skin & often cause me to break out. So with my fingers crossed I proceeded to give these a shot & was pleasantly surprised! The cleansing towelettes smell amazing, are super gentle & absorb into my skin immediately. New formula/updated awful!!

PLEASE bring back the old formula/product!! I’m sorry but these “updated/improved” ones are awful. They feel way less moisturizing, the smell is overwhelming and sickly perfumey like your grandmother’s cheap perfume (not to mention activating my allergies, giving me a headache, and making my sensitive skin break out and be red), they leave a “soapy” residue/feeling/smell on the skin, the old cloths felt alot softer/gentler on the skin-these new ones feel abrasive like I’m scratching my skin or exfoliating roughly, my skin feels greasy now compared to how light/clean/moisturized/plumped up the old ones made my skin feel. The old ones felt like a spa treatment-so soothing to the skin and hydrated perfectly and plumped up your skin!! My face actually feel dirtier and ... MorePLEASE bring back the old formula/product!! Please go back to the old formula

The original hydro boost wipes were a god send- my skin was clear and moisturized and it prevented break outs so well. I ordered 3 more packs with the new packaging and used one this morning- my neck and face are so dry it burns and has turned PURPLE. Please, bring back the old formula and I would buy these again. Right now, the new formula has caused what looks like literal chemical burns, and my face is stinging and breaking out horribly. It took years to get my skin to a healthy, clear complexion. One use of these new wipes and I am breaking out and suffering from what looks like dry and peeling dark purple patches all over my neck/face with acne forming on top of them. I have never been so disappointed about a product being “new and improved”. Super soft!

I received this product for free from Home Tester's Club in exchange for my honest review. Upon first looking at them just in the package, I really loved the color they chose. It's a beautiful tealish-blue color and immediately made me think of water which I suppose was done on purpose as they are "hydro boost" makeup wipes. I was surprised to find out that they are plant-based so that was another plus. And they have hyaluronic acid in them which is amazing for moisturizing your skin. So while removing makeup or dirt/oil from a long day, you're actually also moisturizing your skin. These Neutrogena Hydro Boost ultra soft cleansing towelettes work terrific! They have Hyaluronic Acid, which helps to moisturize the face. That I absolutely love, alot of makeup wipes tend to dry out my face. These don't do that, they actually hydrate my face, and leave my skin soft! As for performance, these work incredibly well!! One wipe will take off my full face of makeup with no issues! Even the hard to remove, waterproof makeup. Another thing I like with these, they are very soft on the skin. My face doesn't get red, irritated, breakout, or anything with these. Plus, they can even be used around the eye area. Next, these come in a pack of 25. The packaging is easy to use, and resealable.
