The hydro boost I got is not sealed, both the box and the product itself, and it also has no expiration date. I looked at the batch number online, it says it’s almost 2 years old. This should’ve been cleared from the get go. Also, the freebie is not needed. You should’ve just reduced the price.

This is the best moisturizer with retinol hands down. I have extremely sensitive skin and after trying just about every cream and lotion there is, I discovered this product and have never looked back. It has stable packaging, goes on well, is absorbed quickly, and makes my skin super smooth and soft. I have 3 skincare routines I follow, so every morning I do regular cleaning, every other night I do deep cleaning, then the next night after a deep cleaning I do hydration to balance the skin. Then only once a week I do the routine with retinol, which is one of the only proven ingredients to delay aging skin. Retinol is very drying so pair it with hydrating products. 1. Make up remover 2. Cleansing brush cleanser 3. Retinol (Neutrogena Heathy Skin Cream) 4. Hyaluronic ... MoreThis is the best moisturizer with retinol hands down. Does not appear to be an authentic product. The box looks authentic but looks old. The tube inside has a label that is a different color from the box, is noticeably not centered, and is missing the (R) trademark symbol after Healthy Skin as the real product I've used in the past. If you google the product you will see the trademark symbol. Also, although the product is described correctly the photo is very misleading.

I have been using this face cream for 14 years, yes, 14 YEARS. I was coming to leave a stellar review about how great my skin looks after all this time and that I'm often guessed for ten years younger. And then I see that you have changed the formula and put the retinol as the very last ingredient? Really? And charging the same amount of money of course. This lacks integrity and makes me suspicious of your company values. I don't feel like I can trust your products in the future. I also use a face wash and foundation of yours. I had recommended this cream to so many people. Now I have to tell them it's a dud. I'm very disappointed.I'm adding a second star because it is a nice moisturizer, but I wouldn't think of it as a wrinkle cream.
I would always buy this moisturizer %26 then I had to switch bc I couldn’t find it at Walmart anymore. I ordered this one I found but the formula is different. This moisturizer used to be white in color %26 now it’s like a transparent color %26 it’s not as creamy %26 moisturizing as it used to be. I don’t know what happened to Nuetrogena but this moisturizer is NOT it. If I could get a refund on it I would
*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS! *** After using this very product for many years with fabulous, velvety results, my skin started inexplicably flaking and peeling. Assuming it was just dry winter air, I upped the moisturizing -- and it worsened to the point of looking like chemical burns. In a panic, I replaced everything else in my regimen (so much wasted money) but foolishly assumed the new tube of Neutrogena Night Cream, the kind with retinol now as the last ingredient, couldn't possibly be the culprit. I was on the verge of making a doctor's appointment when I found these reviews.WHY would you reformulate a facial product so drastically without mentioning it, Neutrogena? I don't even have particularly sensitive skin, but it's falling off in sheets. This is almost certainly a counterfeit, very different from what I've used over the years. The real product is opaque, smooth, and creamy. This product is pearly translucent and sticky. Who knows what's actually in it. The printing on the tube is crude and uneven and states that the product is made in France, while the box (whose printing looks authentic) has a label affixed that says made in China. I bought three of these, didn't open one in time to return them, and wasted my money. Beware!
I have been using this moisturizer for years because of its non-greasy formula and exfoliating properties. It also does not aggravate my rosacea. The reason I gave it a 3-star rating is because I'm not certain the product is authentic. It could possibly be counterfeit as the packaging has a sticker on it with writing in chinese and the tube is a lighter shade of blue than the original. I haven't had the opportunity to use it, as I have not yet used up my current tube, so I don't know for sure if it is the same or not.
I have been using this product and the daytime version with an SPF for decades. Non greasy and effective . Suddenly I find both have been discontinued. Who makes these decisions ? Quel dumb ! Their new products are not as lite and somewhat greasy I find. And in a hard plastic pump applicator instead of the tube . Very disappointed in Neutrogena ..
If I am going to use the products for day, why not try for night as well. Hey, I want to stay looking as young and healthy as I can. Neutrogena is just as good, maybe even better than all those expensive brands.I do wish Neutrogena would expand their men’s line though. Not that Everything has to say “For Men” on it to use but I think some men would prefer that. The men’s products state they have the same ingredients but they seem to be formulated slightly different. Different texture, sheen etc. They should add eye care, body care, maybe even hair products. Properly marketed it would be a hit.
