This is the absolute best moisturizer ever the fragrance free version for extra dry skin. It's a lifesaver and a Godsend. I hope you improve the SPF version though to be fragrance free and extra dry because it has a strong smell and doesn't absorb as quickly and it also leaves your face shiny and oily looking and stings your eyes. If you can improve the SPF 25 and make it as good as the fragrance free extra dry Hydroboost than that will be my go to sunscreen and if can add that to the body version as well that would the best. But for every day facial moisturizer this fragrance free extra dry version is simply the best. Better than all the rest. The regular version the Hydroboost that's not fragrance free has a strong alcohol scent that smells similar to the SPF version so I recommend only getting the fragrance free version which really has no scent at all. It doesn't bother you at all and it doesn't Sting your eyes either. I will stop there because I can keep going. I highly highly recommend this product.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Burned My Face

I applied the product exactly as recommended. I didn't even use much at all. Every where I put it on my face is currently burned and bright red; has been for a full day. It is painful like a bad sunburn. I only got relief by applying Aquafor to all the red areas. I have used this in the past and it was always cooling and hydrating. I never had any burning at all. I've been made aware that the formula changed. There needs to be a warning label on this product. It is my opinion it is damaging to the skin in some instances and we don't know why or what since nothing is indicated My dermatologist has suggested for me to come in and bring the product for analysis. I have always thought of Neutrogena products as trusted, but changing a formula people use regualarly without any notice and without warnings on the label or any indication of what ingredients or amounts were modified and a list of contraindications is irresponsible. I'm concerned about potential scarring, slothing of the skin, and even infection since some of these areas look like the skin is weeping which means there is breakage through the barrier. I'm taking this as an indication that the manufacturer is no longer as reliable and safe for my use and will no longer use any product under the Neutragenaq label since I cannot be certain about what they are putting in them or if they are safe.
