The whitest cast I've ever seen in a sunscreen. The arm photo is how it looks after rubbing for 20 seconds. The texture is very thick and skin has a hard time absorbing it. Feels sticky. Only upside is how it's free of fragrance, parabens and dyes.

I cannot use chemical sunscreen, so it's nice that mineral options for the face are getting easier to find. However, unlike its claim, this sunscreen does NOT dry clear when using the amount you're supposed to. It gives a severe white cast, does not apply easily or evenly, and stays excessively shiny. After an hour, my face felt itchy and parched. Makeup applies terribly, and once on there's severe settling into lines and pores. I've never looked so cake faced. I tried it for two days, and it broke me out. Maybe my body will like this better, but I'm never putting this on my face again. I'd rather pay more to get an actually decent product.

A yes for sensitive eyes!

I have tried to find a sunscreen for my kiddo with sensitive eyes for her entire life without success, until now! Brought this on vacation with us and it worked wonderfully. No puffy eyes for our girl, and no burn for any of the kids. It is very thick, does take a bit of effort to rub in, but isn’t it worth it?

Best blending mineral sunscreen ever!

This is an amazing mineral sunscreen. We live in Sunny Las Vegas, and I have 3 kids & we go to the pool 3-5 days a week and always go through sunscreen like crazy. Every mineral sunscreen I’ve used always leaves a crazy ghost/white makeup look on our skin. We know it’s better sunscreen but I could never send my kids out like white ghosts or myself. It just looks gross and feels gross even thought the benefits are great. BUT this one leaves no white shade or film. If you keep rubbing, it blends right in and turns translucent. We love it! Horrible- poorly formualted junk

Neutrogena- do better! This stuff initially seems nice coming out of the tube but it's impossible to spread or blend. the difficulty then means you're tugging on kids sensitive skin, kids are frustrated and crying and then the product is drying their skin. Yuck! I've formulated sunscreens for some major manufacturers and this is just junk trying to pass as a good product with the Neutrogena name. Do better Neutrogena!

Irritation/Burning sensation hours later

Purchased specifically for my kids. Used on face and caused burning sensation hours later. My family said the same. We all used on face and hours later we had the same pain. Felt like a sunburn but we didn't have a sunburn. Used a week later and felt the same pain. Do not recommend.

Just Average. Probably Enough For Kids

Just Average. My Eyes Usually Burn With Sunscreens And This One Also Stung My Eyes A Little. So I Found Myself Not Really Putting It In My Eye Area. I Was Looking For A Sheer Mineral Sunscreen For The Days I Don't Want To Wear A Tint. Price Is Ok But I Don't Think I Will Buy Again. There Was Still A Tint Although A Lot Less Than Other Non Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Products. Had To Apply Just The Right Amount So It Would Blend And Not Peel. I Found It worked Better If I Put Smaller Quantities At A Time.

Very satisfied

Although this claims it's kids, I bought it anyway and am pleased with my purchase. #1: it has zinc, #2: it is free of fragrance, parabens, and dyes (my dermatologist said must have zinc). This brand has the most zinc in it than any other brand I've been researching.I took this to Arizona on vacation and walked away with no burn, no damage, nothing to worry about. Wish they sold this in a bigger pump bottle.I've recently been diagnosed with pre cancerous spots on my face and I am using this as a daily routine. Use it for driving, working from home/sitting by the window, walking, anywhere the sun hits, I apply. This is a game changer.

Will not repurchase

Did not cause me to break out; Had no offensive or dizzying scent; I liked how it had a silicone base; Flowed out of the container almost too-quickly, yet Went on rather thick and was more difficult to spread and thin down than their mineral sheer formula; I will likely go back to their mineral sheer product, but I cannot stand the caps and tubes both products come in, lots of product wasted inside and dried on the opening. Have a spare, clean jar handy and cut the tube open to get all the product out.
