I read so many reviews before purchasing these, most said they run tts. I am usually a true 7.5, but had to size up to an 8 in these. They run narrow! I first purchased a 7.5, but returned for an 8 and they fit much better. Very comfortable once I got the correct size.

I got the white/cream pair size 9 1/2 — true to size. They're super retro but still modern and stylish. I've worn these shoes as fashion, but also to the gym as a neutral shoe for resistance training as well as walking on the treadmill. Love love love. Fun vibes and comfortable too.
I bought these sneakers for a trip to Europe in October and I wore them most days during our excursions. They were comfortable and not too “sneaker” looking. I do not wear them if I am going for a long brisk walk. For rigorous walking I wear my Hoka Clifton sneakers. I wear a 9.5 in both, not tight and room to breath.
This is my second pair of 327s and they are my favorite sneakers ever! Not only are they super cute, but they are so comfortable when I am on my feet all day. I prefer these to my Nike Air 27s for comfort and style. I am either a 7.5 and 8 and I got the 8s and I love the way they fit. If I was going to use them for running, I would size down to the 7.5. I love everything about these shoes, except…the tissue thickness tongue that slides around under the laces. Did they run out of fabric to make a cushioned padded tongue that doesn’t slide around? New Balance spent all the time and money on the shoes design and forgot the top of the foot can be very sensitive.
I like the style and concept. They are also very comfortable so I’m keeping them. My issue is the quality. These are not leather with very thin fabric. The tongue has to be flattened out on the inside when you put the shoe on. They are also dirt collectors and I’m cleaning them after every wear. I expected a lot more.
Normally can wear a 7 in sneakers but had to go up a half size. My forefoot is a tad bit wide and the 7.5 fit more comfortably. I have the ivory/white color and they look good with jeans. Haven’t wore them with anything else yet but do plan to wear them with some dresses.
These run small, but the website did not state this. Also, the return process feels antiquated with having to print a label and pay a restocking fee. Wish I would have looked at the return process before I ordered. Makes me not want to buy anything from them, except if I can try on in person.
