The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 550 “Purple” is yet another neutral color on the retro basketball shoe designed by Teddy Santis and his popular New York based clothing brand. The 550 model was brought back by Aimé Leon Dore in 2020 when Santis rediscovered the shoe while combing through New Balance’s archives for design inspiration.
