The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 550 “Grey Suede” is yet another neutral and popular colorway of the retro basketball shoe co-designed by Teddy Santis and his New York based clothing brand. The 550 model was brought back by Aimé Leon Dore in 2020 when Santis rediscovered the shoe while combing through New Balance’s archives for design inspiration. The “Grey Suede” colorway updates the shoe with grey suede overlays on a white mesh base.
