Great fitting shorts. Not too baggy or too tight. Good pockets as well for keys or other misc. items. Lightweight and durable for many washings and dryings. Cut on fabric eliminates any chafing.

Love the feel of the shorts and I love that they have a boxer brief liner with hidden pockets. Things that I think need to be updated.....1. They are IMPOSSIBLE to tie well enough to keep them up. You need to "beef up" the drawstring to something more substantial. The thin flat string is SO HARD to tie (and you need to tie them to keep them up).2. The boxer brief liner needs a better formed "cup/pocket" to hold your junk! I figured the liner would allow me to wear these without additional support but I find that I still need compression underwear for comfort.

Love these for running! Pockets hold card or nutrition and don't fall out even with no zipper. I had no issues on my long run, they were comfortable and light on my legs. I haven't had problems with the material degrading washing cold and drying on low heat. About to order another pair!

Bit disappointed. This pair of shorts has underwear underneath. It says running shorts but my husband says it's more like swimming shorts. My husband wears size medium, but this one is too small for him. My son says he won't wear it for running. The quality is nice but it's not going to be much of a use for me.
The Impact running short meets all my needs. Lightweight, comfortable, and plenty of pockets for keys, fuel, and anything else I might need while running. I especially liked how the virtual sky color pops in person. Only downside was when the shorts got wet. In the back they seemed to hug tighter than some of my other running shorts.
Decent shorts, I am just very disappointed the NB logo is already peeling off after owning them for three weeks and washing them twice. A pair of Gymshark shorts that I've had for a year plus, washed countless times, and costed me $20, still has their logo glued on perfectly. Are you telling me a titan like New Balance can't beat Gymshark in terms of product quality?
These are similar to several other pairs of NB running shorts that I have. The fit well and are great value for the reason I bought them. But for some reason they decided to just screw up the pockets on this version. The zipper pocket across the middle back would be welcomed if it weren't so shallow. It will hold my phone but not without some effort to get it closed. And the shallow, tiny pockets on the left and right hips? Of no practical use. I'll keep the pair I have but won't consider another pair at any price.
Bought about 4 pairs of these shorts, and wasn't disappointed with them at all. Wasn't until after the first wash where I saw parts of the logo peeling off a couple of the shorts. Fast forward about 2 months and only about 1-2 lines of the 'N' have peeled off, and about half of the 'B' has peeled off for one. Seems more like a slowly but surely thing, but also a big let down
My new favorite shorts. Lightweight, soft, breathable. Great for everything from the gym, to swimming, to actual running (the main intent). The mesh liner isn't bulky, irritating, or restricting. The overall fit is slim. I'm 5'4, 135. Athletic/slim build. Ordered a size S (usually I'm XS) and it's a perfect fit. I would recommend sizing up. Possibly two sizes up if you're looking for a roomier fit or are heavier-set
I love these nylon running shorts. I also wear them when I'm just out and about. I purchased a large in both colors, as I prefer a looser fit than most. Comfortable and light. Would like to see them in a few more color choices, since it's hard to find shorts in 100% nylon of this quality.
