I love the shoe!! It has leather and suede . Neutral, matches with everything. It’s gray, mauve, and white. Love the taupe suede. Gives it an edgie feel. It’s a chuncky shoe. Goes well with baggier clothing. Runs a little big. Im a true 7 but I had to go down a half size. I first ordered a 7 women 5.5 men. Returned, then reordered a 6.5 w - 5.0 m. Fit perfect now! love these! but I read all of the reviews talking about getting the wrong size before I purchased. everyone ordering women’s sizes got men sizes. SO I thought I would outsmart the system and buy my size in men’s. AND OF COURSE IM THE ONE PERSON WHO GOT THE CORRECT SIZE I ORDERED. so now I need to exchange these. I ordered a size 7.5 WOMENS and got them. (when I needed 7.5 in men’s / 9 women’s)So long story short- I think they corrected the problem and are shipping the correct sizes now : )... Show more

Poor quality & ripped heels

I wanted to love these shoes so bad, but the quality is very poor compared to my other NBs. They are a very comfy and stylish shoe, but they just do not last long! The heels are completely ripped just after a few months of wearing them around, the plastic bits from the heel broke off and are digging into my heel. I read other reviews, and it looks like this is a common occurrence. I would recommend a different NB shoe if you want something that lasts a while.... Show more

I wanted to love them so much but they run BIG. I noticed some people review them as such but I also saw some say that they don’t. I’m a size 6 and there wasn’t any smaller so I thought they were going to be fine. They are comfortable and I thought they were going to be great at first but it’s been a week and they got loose. The first thing I noticed upon trying the pair of shoes on is comfort over style and fashion. The sizing runs small and the shoes are heavy. I'm normally a UK Size 7.5 so I ordered it but it was tight. I should've ordered a UK Size 8. Be careful with the sizing and weight of the shoes. But they are very much hot on trend right now.... These are the most comfortable shoes I own. The difference is definitely there even between this and other New Balance sneakers. The inside is very soft. I bought a size 8 because my regular size 7 was sold out, theres room in the toes but the shoes are not loose. I’d recommend sizing up half a size.... Show more
